With so much to browsing to do and nothing really sticking, we have found ourselves obsessing over master chef so much so that we're at about a season a day. This can be a good thing though because we've gotten experimental in the kitchen and after discovering the wonders of an air fryer, there is nothing we won't try to cook. Heres a delicious dish you can whip up in 20 minutes and don't worry there are plenty more we'll share with you. We're literally putting everything in there.
List of tools and Ingredients
First things first, get yourself an air fryer! This thing is the best thing we could ever have been gifted (thank you Abuela!)

Imagine anything you can fry and then add things you want juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The list is infinite.

You're going to need a good corn or flour tortilla. We prefer these Guerrero white corn tortillas, they're only 100 calories for two and taste amazing.

This recipe is made with ground turkey but you can really stuff your tacos with any protein of choice. Jennie - O is a great healthy option so its something we use regularly.

Lastly, you're gonna need some cheese. A good 4 cheese blend will go perfect with these tacos but any creamy cheese

Add some red bell peppers, onions, mushroom and onions to the mix, it will give the taco extra flavor.

WASH YOUR HANDS!
Defrost your ground turkey.

Chop up all of your veggies.

Add veggies to ground turkey.

Grab your tortillas.

Dampen a cloth napkin and wrap your tortillas in them.

Throw your wrapped tortillas in the microwave for about 15 seconds. We want to make them soft for they don't crack later.
Unwrap your tortillas and start stuffing.
Grab a small ball of your mixed ground turkey and flatten it onto one side of the tortilla.

Throw some cheese into the taco.
Fold over and place inside the air fryer.
Repeat the process.

Try to leave space in the fryer and not pile them up because they're going to need space to cook, remember the ground turkey needs to cook.
Once they're all prepared and in the tray, slide the tray into the fryer and make sure you're set at 370 degrees for 15 minutes.

Monitor the tacos after 7 minutes and make sure they don't need to be flipped.

After the 15 minutes, you should be pulling out a tray full of beautifully crispy and juicy tacos.
